      <image:caption>Connecting movement with breathe. Our classes are a dynamic style of yoga, with flowing movements to take you between poses. During class expect a flowing sequence of sun salutations, fun balances, inversions and bends, also to some great tunes. We welcome everyone to our classes whatever your fitness level, body shape or age. Variations will always be given so you can adjust to how you are feeling that day.  We aim to have you leaving class feeling stretched, rested and energised.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Classes - 1-2-1</image:title>
      <image:caption>These tailor made classes are perfect if you are a beginner and would like to start practising yoga. We can work through the more common postures, gaining knowledge on alignment, breath plus receive assists/adjustments for your body. 1-2-1 classes also great if studio times don't work for you and you want to practice in your own home with tailor made classes. If you are working with injury or perhaps in rehabilitation after surgery/illness or maybe you have specific areas you wants to work on. These classes are great as I can tailor make your class to your needs.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Danielle has been practising yoga for over 10 years. Originally trying a hot yoga class to detox and help to tone the body, she soon realised there was so much more to yoga other than the shapes you make. Danielle got hooked on the way you feel after a class: more relaxed, more space and somewhat energised. Continuing to explore different style throughout the years she decided to take the 200 hour yoga teacher training course. When not teaching yoga Danielle is spending times with her 2 young children, exploring the South Downs and taking walks on beach.</image:caption>
